The Session

🐛 June Bug's Magical World

Built a personalized magical site for June Kidd — 3 Higgsfield Nano Banana Pro scenes generated via browser API workaround. Cartoon hero, scroll animations, sparkle effects.

Running live at localhost:8765. Deployable to Cloudflare Pages in 90 seconds on command.

⚡ Division Created

Spin-Tech became the 8th JKE division. Originally workshopped as "Gag Tech" — renamed to reflect the full scope: gag sites, business demos, IVD revival capability.

Two modes baked in: Gag/Personal and Business Demo. Same stack, two audiences.

📋 Division Protocol Written

The Infrastructure division gained a formal New Division Protocol — 7-step checklist covering workshop, file creation, schematic update, CURRENT.md, Mission Control, commit, and narrative log.

Applied retroactively to Spin-Tech. Will govern all future divisions.

Key Insight
"Gag Tech is a feature. Spin-Tech is the division. IVD lives inside it dormant."
The naming shift mattered. "Gag Tech" described one use case. "Spin-Tech" describes the capability: any fast web build, any purpose. Illinois Valley Digital was killed as a standalone business in March 2026 — but the demo-first playbook, the contractor stack, the local business targeting — all of it is preserved here as a dormant blade. When the moment is right, Spin-Tech activates IVD without rebuilding from scratch.

Context

Where Spin-Tech Fits

JKE is a personal holding system — 8 divisions covering trading, media production, social presence, intelligence work, web builds, infrastructure, tools, and the workshop. Each division is a dormant capability that activates on demand.

Spin-Tech is the web arm. It existed implicitly in the Workshop blade rack (Blade 4 of the original IVD concept) and in the Fart Tracker builds. April 7, 2026, it got its own file, its own identity, and its own business model.

The division-first architecture means the next time John wants a site built — gag or business — there's no overhead. Load the file, fire Higgsfield, ship it.
